Should you need to make a return we encourage you to contact us within 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Returned items should be postmarked no more than 7 days from the purchase date and received along with the receipt and hang tags still attached.
Garments that are worn, stained, washed or damaged are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
No Returns are accepted after 14 days. (We will contact you when your order is ready to ship. At that time we will advise the expected delivery date. We will wait to here from you before we ship so that you may advise if you will be away. We can hold your shipment until you are available to receive it.)
All sale items are final sales, no exchange or refunds.
Custom sized, hand embroidered or custom printed garments are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
If you custom order a garment or a special size we do want your items to fit you and we will work with your to get a perfect fit. Additional custom and alteration fees may apply.
We allow 14 days for exchanges or store credits. If size is an issue and you did not customize the size you ordered you may exchange it for another size or a store credit. Please contact us directly if you would like to order a custom size, 802-467-9036.
How To Make a Return

2. Include a copy or original receipt with your return/exchange and mail it to:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged or returned items.
Please be sure to insure your shipment and track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible.
We will contact you when we receive the return/exchange item.
A credit will be issued via check or back to your credit card used for original purchase. Refunds/credits and exchanges will only be issued after Tara Lynn receives your original purchase. Please allow 4 -6 weeks for exchanges to be mailed after receipt of the exchanged item.
Our Commitment to You
We want you to love what you purchase from us. Fit is very important to us as is quality. Following the care instructions on your garments is very important to help the garment maintain a long life. If you find a construction flaw or a button or zipper issue we want to hear from you. Tara Lynn will repair zippers and buttons on our apparel free of charge for up to one year from the date of purchase.
